For our US operations, we are looking for a go-getter that will own our campaigns with some of the largest recruitment players in the world. **Your exciting responsibilities include:** * Working towards customer happiness by taking full advantage of our wide-ranging campaign steering capabilities (in-house tech stack and powerful solutions like Clickcast) * Direct contact with our US clients; identifying new opportunities in the market and being our eyes and ears for the customers to help develop our product according to their needs * Steering client campaigns in a high-tech setup to balance multiple goals and stakeholders * Closing performance gaps and kicking off multi-departmental projects by working with Performance Marketing, Business Intelligence and Product development teams * Setting up strong performance reports for our US customers to provide a good customer experience and maintain long-lasting relationships * Generating market and performance insights to further scale joblift.com and the individual customer performance * Be the face of Joblift both daily with your clients as well as at conferences in the US * Work directly with our Director Jobboards and Programmatic **Ideally you bring:** * 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in marketing or customer success * Previous experience in the talent acquisition and recruitment industry is a strong plus, ideally with exposure to the US * Strong communication and networking skills * English on a native or at least business fluent level * An analytical and entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on attitude to bring forward scaling opportunities * Hungriness to take the US from an early stage towards maturity by going the extra mile with a strong desire to win and achieve results **What we offer:** * A unique opportunity to be part of a small yet thriving US team, hence, you will play a vital role in taking Joblift in the worlds largest market to the next level * Direct exposure to product development, business management and strategy * Cutting-edge technology stack * An international and fast-paced working environment based on our core values; ownership & accountability, eagerness & curiosity, as well as entrepreneurship * A very transparent information policy with flat hierarchies that value the individual * An energetic team of passionate and skilled people with fast decision-making procedures * Competitive compensation, unlimited working contract, Urban Sports Club Membership, fruit basket, team events and lunches, …. **Additional information:** * Start: ASAP * Location: Berlin, Prenzlberg If you want to support our team and be part of one of the fastest-growing Tech startups, apply now!
