You'll work in a collaborative, trusting, thought-provoking environment-one that encourages diversity of thought and creative solutions that are in the best interests of our customers globally.This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience• Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines• Understanding of architecture and design across all systems• Working proficiency in developmental toolsets• Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices• Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals• Passionate about building an innovative culture• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages• Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvementExperience Required• Rich experience and Deep understanding of Java/JEE and related frameworks like Spring• Experience building REST web services using Java• Demonstrated knowledge of OOP and SOA principles and design pattern• Demonstrated knowledge of JEE server technologies including XML, JMS• Web-based request handling, servlets and filters in JEE and distributed architecture• Experience working with TDD, code testability standards, and JUnit/Mockito is required.• Fundamental knowledge and experience about databases and SQL queries• Experience with NoSql DBs like MongoDB• Ability to follow complex design and development standards.• Experience working in multi-time zone development team.• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.• Working proficiency in developmental toolsets like IntelliJ or Eclipse, Maven or Gradle, Bit Bucket, Repository handling etc.• Experience in applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings etc.• Troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platformsJ.P.
