Take a look behind the scenes: bit.ly/3sD7tYK **Meet your team** You will be reporting to our Head of Account Management with the goal of building relationships with restaurants to enable their adoption of Choco and become a key part of their day-to-day operations. This position will be responsible for onboarding accounts into new product offerings and growing usage. You will work directly with owners and chefs to improve their experience on the app and work cross-functionally with the Sales, Marketing, and Product team to contribute to Choco's growth. We look forward to working with you from our office in Berlin. **What you'll do** * Own a portfolio of restaurants and be responsible for the expansion and retention within your territory * Build long-lasting, trusting relationships with users of all cuisines, sizes and types by speaking with chefs and entrepreneurs who are already Choco users * Drive adoption of Choco to prevent churn and upsell restaurants into new product offerings * Leverage changes in user behaviour and make data-based decisions to achieve your personal and team KPIs * Act as the voice of our users internally, while working cross-functionality with Sales, Operations, and Product to be able to provide strategic input **What we're looking for** * Native or C2 German-speaking ability * 1+ years of experience in a customer-oriented role (Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development, or relevant experience with a proven track record of success) * Deep understanding of long-term retention and up-selling * Adaptability as you can put yourself in the shoes of a famous chef, kebab shop, or family owned Italian restaurant * Strongly motivated by a community builder role. Aside from a sales mentality, you will focus on building long-term relationships * Excellent communication skills & high service level mindset * Strong organisational skills and a solution-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset * Analytical ability and natural curiosity about data-driven decision-making **About Choco** Founded in 2018, Choco is a young, fast-moving company.
