Morgan.About the TeamThe EMEA Payments Product Management Team is responsible for product strategy, development and commercialization of the payments solutions that J.P. Morgan delivers to corporate and Non-Bank Financial Institution clients globally. These product solutions cover the EMEA countries to support corporate and Non-Bank Financial Institution solutions.About the PositionThe EMEA Payments Product Solutions Specialist (PSS) will be responsible for client engagement, commercialization, and pipeline of the EMEA Payments products that J.P. Morgan delivers to clients globally. The PSS will need to target clients, assure that the value of payments product capabilities is tailored to them, and accelerate payments revenue realization. The PSS will influence the investment roadmaps to represent client needs, and keep up to date with all market and regulatory items impacting the products.The role includes extensive collaboration with clients, Sales, Solutions, Product Managers and service within payments, FX, digital channels, account services and Liquidity.Responsibilities * As part of the payments product team, partner in the delivery of global sales targets for EMEA for corporate and NBFI clients through strong relationships with coverage teams and superior subject matter expertise in corporate treasury transformation, applied to specific opportunities.• Take a leading role as Corporate treasury transformation and digitialization SME in the deal lifecycle, including client-facing discussions to create demand with innovation, strategy workshops, and demonstrate thought leadership sessions/client events, and RFP support * Define and commercialise JPMorgan's credibility in EMEA to attract operating flow business, e g subsidiary/OpCo/affiliate level as a compliment to treasury banking/group liquidity management through an understanding of corporate treasury * Management of client pipeline, for both sales-identified and product-identified opportunities• Act as single point of contact for Pricing discussions, considering product-level, deal-level, and client-level profitability• Support implementation partners to accelerate revenue realization, for example managing within established product boundaries for scoping or facilitating detailed solutioning• Support service partners for key clients at quarterly business reviews• Consult in detail with sales and clients to develop client plans/blueprints that drive efficiencies/centralization, building and maintaining a case study library to help clients advance their own business cases * Structure and present reporting and updates to senior management * Understand opportunities in the market and identify target clients for sales with rationale to generate pipeline opportunities.ExperienceYou have direct corporate treasury experience in EMEA and will be able to demonstrate your proven track record of driving change rooted in strategic treasury expertise.• You have designed and overseen implementation of complex corporate treasury projects within Multi-National treasuries managing complex cash management, having migrated operational and treasury flows to new banking providers.• You will be able to demonstrate that you are a strategic thinker with the ability to motivate and drive tactical execution• You will be able to give examples of presentation and influencing skills on internal corporate partnerships, e g treasury's interaction with liquidity/cash, FX, trade, and broader corporate finance functions * You have a solid track record of success in identifying, selling, and delivering large-scale business wins such as creating intercompany models, In House Banks, and managing treasury's relationship with group subsidiaries * Proven financial discipline/accountability in owning and managing core pipeline * Experience with and/or prior collaboration with Sales, Product, and Solutions * Creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutionsJ.P.
