In this role, the Senior Strategist will partner closely with cross-disciplinary project teams, the client team and account and strategic leadership to formulate and deliver smart, inspiring, evidence-based insight and action-oriented perspectives that will inform brand positioning and fully integrated campaigns. Based on the Georgetown Waterfront, our Washington DC studio creates breakthrough products and services for a diverse range of clients. ROLE REQUIREMENTS • Develop an in-depth understanding of our client’s brand, business, and their customers through primary and secondary research. • Synthesize research to identify human truths and insights that inspire new brand and customer experiences. • Create key artifacts, ranging from user journeys and personas to creative briefs and brand or campaign strategies. • Work closely with creative teams to guide ideation for fully integrated campaign tactics. • Evaluate ideas for their distinctiveness, relevance and effectiveness, and collaborate with others to refine and improve the ideas. • Clearly and persuasively communicate strategic recommendations to internal and external audiences with variable levels of background and understanding. • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with team members from UX, creative, analytics, technology, client services, and project management. • Support new business initiatives and the continued development of the strategy team.
