As our first dedicated Sales Development Representative, you will qualify our inbound leads and demonstrate the JOURNEE product to potential clients. You will often be the first touchpoint potential clients have with our team, so an ability to explain complex products in simple terms and with passion is essential. We are looking for someone who is autonomous, proactive and reliable to help take us to the next level of our growth. **What You’ll Be Doing:** * Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualifying their interests and viability to drive sales * Handling the incoming leads, running the first introductory calls and leading demos of our product to qualified leads * Monitoring and attending meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up with the account executive * Updating and managing all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in our CRM **Who We Are Looking For:** * 2+ years in a similar role, ideally in an advertising agency or marketing setting * Exceptional communication skills in English, German is a strong advantage * Ability and interest in listening effectively and uncovering customer needs, objectives, and challenges * Quick thinker with a close attention to detail **Why Work With Us:** * Flexibility to work in Berlin or remotely (in a similar time zone) * Fast-moving environment in a scale-up company * Real opportunity to make a big impact while working on cutting edge projects * Be part of a super cool team that enjoys working together!
