Our voice-powered assistant is now used by scientists in 7 of the Top20 biopharma companies, as well as chemical companies, around the world. For our team we are looking for a Marketing and Event Manager, who will be responsible for lead generation and strategic messaging. This is a highly collaborative role working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to shape marketing programs and build brand awareness, with Sales to support their activities and with Customer Success to create material for user engagement. Please note that while this particular opportunity is limited to 1 year, the LabTwin team is always looking for great talent! There could be future opportunities for our successful candidate both within and outside the Marketing team! **Key Responsibilities** * End-to-end design and execution of events; including events roadmap aligned with company objectives, communication, negotiation with external partners and providers, content preparation, participation, organization and content generation post events. * Understand the market and digital transformation strategies. Monitor competitive landscape. Act as thought leader, develop presentations and high-impact content. * Own marketing communication strategies and collaborate on creating engaging stories, thought leadership and news that advance LabTwin’s narrative (e.g. external and internal marketing, website, white papers, user stories). * Proactively contribute to internal communication and collaboration (e.g. sharing back insights, conference summaries). Helping to ensure that every team member is informed, connected, and empowered by establishing efficient, effective, and creative ways to learn about the market needs. **Requirements** * You have experience in event planning or marketing operation (experience in B2B marketing is a plus) * You have a degree or strong industry experience in scientific domain (lab informatics, life sciences, chemistry, or pharma). * You have managed events and projects on your own, end to end. And you loved it. * You have excellent organizational and strong verbal and written communication skills * You are strong team player: you can drive, inspire, and support others to achieve common goals together * You are fluent in English.
