The ideal ‘Lhotsie’ is an ambitious, detail-oriented sales expert with the ability to manage the full sales cycle independently and builds lasting relationships with diverse stakeholders. This role will be critical to executing our data and KPI-driven sales strategy, as well as fostering promising sales opportunities with clients and prospects. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** * Actively shape and drive Lhotse's Go-To-Market strategy by identifying customer needs and advocating our value propositions * Own the full sales process from initial contact through execution and issues to excellent forecasts * Identify new companies, use cases, and prospects through a customized Lead strategy * Demonstrate a technical understanding of our product with the ability to discuss integration strategies and concerns of potential customers * Structuring and reporting customer and user feedback to our product team * Acquiring new business contacts and representing Lhotse, equipped with the latest tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, and many more) * Support the implementation of PoC’s and enable hand-in-hand delivery to our Customer Success team * Augment the sales funnel to optimize conversion rates **YOUR PROFILE** You have a great sense of responsibility and ownership for what you do. Convincing our customers' executives is a challenge you enjoy as much as the strategic thinking on improving our sales processes, and making KPI- and data-based decisions on where to focus our efforts. * Relevant customer-facing experience (up to 5 years), e.g. in high-growth ventures * Previous experience in an early-stage SaaS company and knowledge of how to navigate and succeed in a rapidly growing organization is a plus * An open communication style and an emphasis on the customer experience comes naturally to you * Natural talent for customer satisfaction, and proven skills in influencing and negotiating with people at all levels of seniority and responsibility, up to C-level of large enterprises * Strong aspirations for new technologies and affinity for B2B tech products * Proficient in working with CRM systems (preferably Hubspot) * Strong drive for results with a high standard of quality * Highly adaptable, ability to work & collaborate with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail mentality * An open mindset, high standards as well as open communication and feedback are important to you * Excellent communication skills in German and English, written and spoken We are looking to actively enhance the diversity of our team.
