We're on a long journey in uncharted territories and are looking for passionate and outlier members excited to embark on this voyage towards building the future of the financial system. **Role Roadmap** ---------------- As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for building Kalshi's recruiting arm. An exchange is a highly complex machine: running it requires a very diverse set of skills. You will be responsible for setting ambitious recruiting goals and achieving them, raising our already-high bar to new heights, and crafting a world-class candidate experience. You will be an early member of the Kalshi team and will have the opportunity to directly shape the direction and culture of our company.
