We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help us find, attract, engage, and hire across all recruitment needs with a focus on the technical/engineering side. Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will play a critical part in building the business during an exciting, hypergrowth stage of the company. ### About the job: + Develop collaborative relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring goals and develop recruiting strategies to effectively meet them. + Source, process, manage, evaluate, and close a diverse and high-performing set of candidates for a variety of roles across the company, mostly in engineering. + Be a talent advisor by establishing and maintaining meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally. + Advocate the candidate experience by setting expectations, communicating timely updates, and providing actionable feedback. + Work closely with interviewers to ensure a great candidate experience, with speed and decisiveness in mind. + Work with the Talent Team on a variety of projects that supports the whole team’s goals (e.g. employer brand work, sourcing strategies, metrics). ### About you: + Have professional technical recruiting experience (either at an agency or in-house!). + Employ creative sourcing strategies in finding talent. + Demonstrated ability to close candidates and get them really excited about the opportunity to work at Ambassador Labs! + Are adaptable and collaborative — when goals change, you quickly flex from experience, know when to take the lead and when to support the asks of your team + Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is excited about building relationships with candidates and ambitious in meeting hiring goals. **How to Apply** We are looking forward to hearing from you.
