Orderchamp is looking for a sales-driven, dynamic **Brand Partnerships Manager** to help us scale in DACH! We currently work with more than 2500 brands and we are on our way to conquer Europe. Our first step is to seize the German market and we need your help to succeed in this mission! As our new Brand Partnerships Manager you will be a crucial part of our expansion in the DACH market. We are looking to add a commercial go-getter, data-driven, and ambitious business developer who can take over the acquisition of new German brands to add to our existing portfolio, ensuring the best supply for our retailers. **On a daily basis you will:** * Drive business through phone and email, as well as screen-sharing presentations/software demo\'s to potential brands; * Source quality leads, identifying the right brands; * Present them our services and the Orderchamp unique identity; * Negotiate the best deals to reach your targets; * Manage a pipeline of hundreds of exciting brands a month; * Represent Orderchamp at relevant fairs and events. **What you bring:** * 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably retail/wholesale/software solutions; * Excellent verbal/written communication skills, both in German and English; We kindly ask you not to apply to this role if you are not fluent in German. * Strong negotiation skills; * Great time management & organisational skills; * Successful track-record in (over)scoring targets; * Asset: experience in e-commerce, retail and/or B2B; **What you get:** * Top-notch work equipment (Macbook Pro, supersize screen); * Office in the center of Amsterdam or in Berlin; * Referral bonus; * Career growth paths within the company; * Company parties, Friday drinks; Ready to join this rocketship🚀 ?
