As Growth Activation Lead, you will have to increase conversion of our embedded financing offers within each partner. You will implement and leverage our marketing stack to drive consistent growth and activation within each partner. After a significant growth early this year, we’re faced with a new challenge: boost the usage of our technology inside our partner product. We want to bring a creative and technical marketer inside the Growth team to design and implement a growth strategy. We expect you to implement a marketing stack, own a clear roadmap of actions and start the development of marketing technics in collaboration with our partner to increase our conversion of our financial services embedded onto partners’ platforms. You will join the Growth team, reporting directly to R2’s Head of Merchant Financial Services. You will get your hands dirty and work directly with the new Marketing Content Lead and Data Team. ****What you’ll work on**** * You will be in charge of implementing the first marketing stack of R2, from the CRM to the Engagement solution to the reporting part. * You will delight our partners by crafting an amazing welcome experience that leads to a faster ramp-up and an increased conversion. * You will collaborate with the Product Marketing Team of our partners to help them leverage their communication channels to promote R2’s embedded financing offering to their merchants. * You will document all the different strategies tested by our customers to create a playbook of growth initiatives for our partners. * You are the go-to person on activation topics. * You will structure and optimize marketing automation and nurturing workflows for new R2 partner user. * You will be the partnership’s partner on all post-onboarding funnel aspects. * You are the owner of your own KPIs and will track conversion on a daily basis. * You will improve, adapt, and update all the marketing tactics to reach our objectives. ****Who you are**** * You have a significant experience in growth (>2 years) * You have already worked in an e-commerce company, started your own company or know at least the marketplace model. * You’re organized and rigorous: you like structure and organization. No matter how many there are, you don’t let any ball drop. * You love managing projects: you like planning and coordinating different teams to reach common objectives. * You’re creative: growth is not about “hacking”, it’s about creativity. The less traditional you are in solving a problem, the better it is. * You have a great technical mindset: you are great at working with engineers and data scientists. * You are super comfortable with numbers and data analysis. * English - fluent, excellent writing * You’ve already managed projects with several stakeholders. * You’ve already worked in a fast paced environment.
