Your working hours will be flexible, and you are in charge of how you work best. **You will be working in:** English (fluency required), German skills are a plus but not a requirement **How you will make an impact:** * Provide an amazing customer support experience at all times. * Offer IT technical support and expertise to all users across DCMN, from our HQ team to our Hubs in other cities around the globe. * Handle incoming support requests in person, via Slack, via video call and via our ticketing system. * Manage hardware inventory, tracking of devices, and licenses across the company. * Onboard / offboard employees, device preparation and deployment. * Maintain meeting room and office equipment. **Skills you will need to be successful:** * Most importantly: A passion for IT and technology! * You might have recently finished a degree in computer science or a related field, or maybe you already have some experience in a comparable area or customer support role. * Excellent communication skills, empathy and passion to work in a customer-oriented role: You stay friendly no matter the situation. * You are self motivated, proactive and willing to learn something new. A “Get your hands dirty” approach will get you far. * Your goal is to solve problems and understand how things work.
