As Warmly’s Chief of Staff you’ll be the right hand and thought partner to our CEO Max. This means being being strategic, operationally-minded, and capable of managing multiple important priorities in parallel. You will often lead company communications and cross-functional initiatives while moving Warmly toward rapid scale. The role will be highly unique - allowing the hire to own 4/5 of the following areas: Finance, Business Operations, Hiring, People Operations and Secret CEO (shadowing Max, living in his email inbox, etc). For more details on what the job may entail, here's a quick video Max made about a "Day in the Life" of our new Chief of Staff! <> What you will do in the role Work with the CEO to drive strategic alignment across the organization Lead BizOps initiatives like goal-setting, leadership team meetings, and company all-hands Live in Max's email inbox. Pre-draft emails, schedule meetings, alert to high priority items, be the first line of defense Join for 50% of Max's meetings. Take notes, follow up with action items Find problems and fix them. Ask forgiveness, not permission Find signal in the noise. Help the team pick the right things to work on to help them find Product Market Fit Own the operational aspects of human resources and information security Special projects - examples could include: setting up a sales ops infrastructure for the company, build a B2B sales playbook, find user interviewees for the Product team to connect with Who would be a great fit 3+ years combined experience in senior operating role at a startup, management consulting, or VC Proven ability to quickly learn new things Concise written and verbal communication Structured about how to prioritize work and time Able to make a clear business case for proposals Experience with data analysis Excellent emailing skills.
