Thanks for your interest in joining our team! **How We’re Different** ----------------------- * Own the marketing strategy and work closely with the CEO and cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering * Empowered to own the marketing program with a clear understanding of how your work contributes to overall company goals and vision * Ability to test and experiment with different channels, leaning into what works and learning from what doesn’t * We’re a lean team so your work will have a direct and measurable impact on the business **What Your Day Would Look Like** --------------------------------- * Create the marketing strategy, determine what needs to get done, create a plan, and execute it. * Test, launch, track, and optimize programs/campaigns across multiple channels to move prospects and customers down the funnel. * Communicate about the product and its benefits to our audience, working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams. * Set quantifiable goals and measure results, working closely with sales and customer success. * Build frameworks and structure to effectively scale the marketing team. **What You’ll Bring** --------------------- * Senior Manager or Director of Marketing with at least 5+ years of relevant work experience. * You’ve successfully managed a marketing program or campaign end-to-end, owning results and working with various stakeholders. * Experience working at an early-stage startup with a specific focus on B2B SaaS. Bonus points for prior exposure to ecommerce companies or finance/accounting buyers. * You consider yourself to be a true generalist and are equal parts qualitative and quantitative. * Take initiative and are excited to build the marketing function from the ground up.
