**What we are looking for / The role** We are seeking an experienced, organized, and efficient Head of Demand Generation interested in revolutionizing the way app developers test & develop their products. At its core, this role is about driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. As a key marketing leader, you will be responsible for the scalable, predictable, and repeatable process of generating demand across channels. This role can be fully remote, in-person (NYC), or a hybrid of the two. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. If you are a revenue-centric marketing leader that thrives on growth and scaling a modern B2B demand engine, this is the role for you. **Responsibilities** We are a small but mighty team, and you’ll have the opportunity to play a significant role as we scale our org. Key responsibilities include: * Build and execute campaigns that drive customer acquisition and footprint expansion, and align with sales and marketing pipeline targets * Leverage the right mix of campaign tactics (paid digital, organic, account based marketing, nurture, etc) and the right investments to achieve ROI goals * Track and report on strategic, operational, and tactical metrics using data to manage resource allocation, outcomes, and success * Bring a testing and optimization framework to each approach, constantly striving to improve past performance * Work with product marketing to bring go-to-market plans for new products and features to market in a way that opens and accelerates opportunities * Manage campaign budgets, timelines, resources, processes, and technologies **About you** * 5+ years experience managing demand generation programs for technology companies * Highly data-driven and technically fluent marketer * ​​Track record of successful results and creativity with program design and execution * Experience working closely with a field sales organization * Excellent writing skills with high editorial standards * Familiar with systems like GA, Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Tableau * Strong sense of ownership and operational rigor **Bonus points** * Experience with QA/DevOps * Experience selling SaaS to product/engineering teams **Compensation & benefits** * Competitive compensation * Generous PTO, including 1 week company-wide winter break * 401k with company match * Stock options * Comprehensive health benefits * Paid family leave * Commuter benefits * Much more! *Mobots come in all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds.
