**Description** LabTwin is one of the coolest lab informatics companies out there, and we’re looking for an equally amazing individual with a background in life sciences to join our sales team. We’ve built the worlds’ first voice-powered digital assistant for scientists, with the purpose of making science better, through a combination of machine learning and voice recognition technologies. After achieving great things in 2020 we’re now looking to take things to the next level. Inside Sales Representatives play one of the most significant roles in making this happen, and because of this, we are looking for someone with a background in Life Sciences to join our team in Berlin. The ISR position is perfect for those looking to build a thriving high-tech sales career. During your initial onboarding, you’ll find yourself working alongside your team-mates to position and sell LabTwin to potential clients. After accomplishing this, you will begin to prospect leads of your own and will take a generous commission for the relationships you help to create. Which means that if you work hard, you will out-earn many of your peers. There is a path for career growth within LabTwin for the right candidate that is willing to learn. We plan to offer top-class coaching and mentoring alongside their development plan, although a candidate with more experience will be fast-tracked. We believe that you will learn more at LabTwin than any other lab informatics company out there right now. **Your first 3-6 months** * Learn about the LabTwin product and messaging * Spend at least 3 weeks working within our Customer Success team, experiencing life from our customers’ perspective * Build relationships with your sales, growth and customer success counterparts * Begin to meet goals for the setup of introductory sales meetings * Begin to take on leads of your own in order to meet your sales goals **Your next 6-10 months** * Continue to build on your core skills and industry knowledge * Upgrade your responsibilities by becoming more self-sufficient during the sales process * Know what it takes to meet or exceed your goals * Work with mentors to set goals for yourself to gain consideration for promotion **Responsibilities** * Take crazy-busy prospects and make them curious to learn more about LabTwin. * Attain or exceed assigned sales, profit, and market share goals * Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and targeted outbound prospecting * Develop relationships with new customers while also nurturing existing customer relationships. * Pitch LabTwin via phone, emails and LinkedIn * Demonstrate LabTwin to potential clients * Participate in exhibitions, conferences and customer visits when required · Report activities in the CRM system (we use Hubspot.com) * Provide monthly sales forecasts * Utilize data sources to analyse and develop sales opportunities * Understand customer needs and requirements **Requirements** * Be based in Berlin, or be willing to relocate (we can help with that!) * 3+ years of experience in Life Science-based sales * Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a biology/chemistry, hands-on laboratory experience is a strong plus * General knowledge of CRM, HubSpot experience is a plus * Tech savviness and understanding of the product development process is a strong plus * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
