We’re looking for an experienced growth marketer to own our conversion rate optimization and marketing automation programs. You’ll be responsible for setting our strategies for engaging and converting prospects at multiple stages of the buying journey, working closely with our marketing operations manager and front-end engineers. If you enjoy using tools, experimentation, and data to find new and unique ways to grow revenue, we would like to meet you! *Please note that at this time we are only able to hire in the following locations: United States, Canada, Australia, Finland, Ireland, Netherlands, Poland, United Kingdom, Denmark, Germany, and Norway.* **About the Role** * **In this role, you will be responsible for helping us grow our relatively new conversion rate optimization and marketing automation functions. While you’ll have plenty of help from other growth marketing team members, marketing operations, and front-end engineering, we’ll look to you to develop these programs, set strategies, and report on results.** What that looks like on a day-to-day basis might include: * Analyzing visitor behavior data to form hypotheses and develop a testing roadmap. * Setting up tests in our CRO testing tool, monitoring and reporting on results, and working with the front-end engineering team to get successful tests implemented. * Collaborating with our marketing operations manager to identify the criteria we should include in our intent- and lead-scoring systems, then determining how we should engage with and nurture high-quality leads. * Helping with third-party tool evaluation and selection for the entire growth marketing team, making sure the tools we are considering will help us achieve our desired outcomes and work seamlessly with the rest of our marketing tool stack. * Managing your projects from start to finish while working with a variety of teams and individuals across the company. * Monitoring marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends, identify issues, evaluate performance, and optimize for growth. **Salary**: We have an internal transparent salary matrix for each team. For this role, we are paying $113,000-$123,000 USD.
