Please refer to the website for further information on Nido www.nidostudent.com **PURPOSE OF THE ROLE** * Development and management of business relationships with universities/colleges, companies and educational institutions with the aim of a sustainable increase in revenue * Expansion of strategic partnerships and sponsorships * Concept creation for strategic customer care and further development of the key account area * Preparation of the annual sales plan as well as responsibility for achieving the defined sales targets * Expansion and development of the sales strategy, considering an efficient sales cycle in the B2C area * Project Management for rolling out the sales infrastructure for new openings * Procurement of information about events close to the market as well as market and competition observation * Collaboration in reviewing and drafting the agreement in consultation * Organization, planning, implementation of sales activities (customer events, trade fairs etc.) * Definition of sales management standards as well as training and development of sales employees **REQUIREMENTS** * Work experience as Key Account Manager or Sales Manager in the hospitality or PBSA sector * Outstanding persuasiveness, presentation and enthusiasm * Distinct guest and service orientation as well as pleasure in dealing with people * Independent, conscientious, very well organised and structured working method * High level of commitment, dedication and very good communication skills * Ability to work in a team and high service and customer orientation * Friendly, open, obliging and confident appearance * Economic understanding of business management * Flexibility and travel willingness * Fluent in German and English We are looking for an ambitious Senior Sales Manager in Berlin to join our exciting Nido journey and support our growth in Germany.
