Partnership Executives are responsible for maintaining relationships with potential and existing partners, and forging win-win deals that lay the foundation for future growth. As the “face” of the Company, we expect Partnership Executives to be of the utmost calibre. The candidate will work directly alongside core members of our high-performing team and will have the following responsibilities: * Maintain expert knowledge of Homebase products to identify, develop, and maintain relationships at scale; * Work directly alongside senior management to design and implement strategic partnership plans that maximize new business development opportunities; * Identify potential stakeholders, agents, developers, etc. for the partnership to drive the revenue growth; * Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential stakeholders, agents, developers, etc. to ensure win-win outcomes for every side involved through shared resources; * Work with senior management and partners to forge win-win deals that have the potential to drive millions of dollars in revenue growth for the Company; * Continuously strategize on tactics to scale sales. **Our Requirements** ==================== We are looking for candidates who fulfill the following criteria: * Bachelor's degree with a proven track record of excellence; * At least 1+ years experience working in partnerships, client-facing, relationship management, or business development role; * Working knowledge of the real estate landscape in Vietnam in terms of companies, agents, services offered, and technology is highly desirable; * Outstanding networking skills with the ability to build instant rapport with partners; * Able to work collaboratively and sustain effective working relationships with diverse colleagues, partners, and clients; We are looking for candidates who possess the following attributes: * Concise and effective communications: You’re able to articulately present and debate recommendations with cross-functional teams and senior leadership in written and oral English and Vietnamese. * High-energy, team-first attitude: You’re motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business. * Proactive and passionate: You’re independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations. * Disciplined and responsible: You're highly independent in terms of prioritization, time management, and organizational skills. * Innovative and adaptable: You have impeccable attention to detail and high internal standards for work.
