The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating innovative, visually impactful designs for digital and print applications, that maintain the continuity and integrity of the College Football Playoff (CFP). The Graphic Designer reports to the Senior Director of Communications and Branding and the position will be based in the CFP office in Irving, Texas. **Responsibilities:** * Design for both print and digital media, including web, social media, emails, invitations, logos, brochures, postcards, flyers, signage, advertisements, presentations, infographics, stationary and other print collateral and special projects as assigned * Work with existing creative and deliver supporting designs, as well as execute original designs * Prioritize projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision * Work with outside printers on proposals, creating and monitoring budgets, production and delivery of print collateral * Meet deadlines and execute work with changing priorities * Preserve, protect and uphold brand standards and the use of the CFP marks among outside vendors and internal parties * Collaborate with both internal teams and external vendors in a professional manner * Incorporate strategic feedback both in the beginning stages of projects and also in revisions, edits, modifications, resizing and other adjustments to previously-completed work * Manage CFP’s photo and logo libraries, including distributing assets as requested from internal departments and external planning partners * Proactively seek assistance and additional resources as needed **Requirements:** * Minimum seven years of graphic design experience required – sports experience recommended * Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environment * Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud – specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign experience required (After Effects and other motion/animation experience and skills a plus) * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Power Point) required * Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple projects * Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary * Bachelor’s degree required, degree in graphics arts preferred * Able to work flexible hours including some nights, weekends and holidays **To apply:** Interested parties should submit a cover letter, resume, list of three professional references and a link to their professional portfolio via email to [****]( Additional information on the College Football Playoff can be found online at [****]( Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
