You will learn how setting up processes from 0 to 1 is like. **Key Responsibilities:** * Enable a world-class customer support & retention of the end-consumers of BharatX * Use tech to efficiently and effectively enable better Customer Service for users. * Own and Drive Retention of users on the BharatX platform * Be the internal advocate for customer needs and preferences. * Share feedback with Product, Development, and Marketing teams on the need to optimise the BharatX experience for them * Setup Customer Experience, Support and Success processes from Scratch **What we look for:** We need people who are quick learners and bold enough to suggest crazy ideas. * 2-4 years of experience in a tech savvy operations/Customer delight role, preferably in the B2C industry, leading CX which affected Millions of customers * Strong research and analytical skills coupled with operating rigour * Proven track record of managing large, complex projects and/or programs * Ability to navigate streams of data and find suitable answers within them * Strong writing skills with the ability to make sense of complex situations in simple, clear language * Ability to set realistic goals and targets, both quantitative and qualitative, and achieve them * Previous experience with CRMs, SQL, and setting up CX processes from scratch * Previous experience on Customer Retention and Relationship Manager programs is a Plus We also encourage you to apply even if you took a break from professional life for whatever reasons.
