We're a Y Combinator W22 company with growing revenue and backed with significant venture funding from VCs like Bain Capital Ventures. **The Role** Cofactr’s Operations Generalist will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations of the team, documenting processes and procedures, and helping support Cofactr’s users. This role provides the unique opportunity to work on a variety of different projects and gain invaluable experience learning and growing through an early-stage start-up. **What we’re looking for** • 3+ years experience in a professional business environment (startup experience preferred but not required) • Experience working with a logistics and/or hardware company is a plus • Experience with compliance programs such as ISO9001, ITAR, and/or AS9120 is a plus but not required • An ability to lift shipments and equipment up to 50 lbs • Strong written communication skills and experience producing written documentation of procedures and processes • People-oriented with the ability to build strong relationships • You enjoy solving problems - taking on difficult challenges and providing creative solutions • Comfort working across a dynamic team with shifting priorities and project loads, and you’re comfortable (re)setting expectations so that you and the team are successful • You have a learning mindset where mistakes are opportunities for growth **What you’ll be doing** • Perform administrative and office management tasks related to the day-to-day operations of Cofactr • Document processes and procedures (SOPs) to help meet Cofactr’s compliance requirements, and set the team up for success as we scale • Recommend and implement improvements to streamline processes • Assist with support for Cofactr users as needed in collaboration with logistics and technical team members • Assist with procurement, managing vendors, and other related sourcing activities • Play a part in defining Cofactr’s culture as we grow **The Team** The Cofactr team is innovative, creative, and collaborative, with diverse professional backgrounds and a passion for solving big problems.
