In this role, you will be tasked with building systems that scale, support, and empower all engineering efforts at Memora. You should not only be driven by the problem we are solving but also by the innovative approach and technology that we are applying to healthcare. **Primary Responsibilities:** * Application-level infrastructure: root inbound and outbound messaging pipelines, data interoperability * Data modeling - own core concepts and audit new patterns to ensure they provide scalability * API layer - maintain and develop source-agnostic frameworks for remote patient monitoring that integrate with HL7, FHIR, and other APIs * Security - safeguard on other team's changes, long-term investments, perform regular security reviews, audit other team's changes to ensure HIPAA compliance, and develop scalable security schemes in a multi-tenant environment * DevOps - Optimize and scale our engineering processes in areas such as Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DB topology, etc * Logging, monitoring, alerting - ensuring tools are in place to empower feature crews **Qualifications (Required):** * 3+ years of engineering experience * Basic understanding of DevOps practices and technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, CI / CD, release management) * Experience with relational and/or NoSQL database platforms (such as MongoDB, MySQL, Postgres, Redis, Cassandra, DynamoDB, Elasticache) * Expertise building RESTful APIs **Qualifications (Bonus):** * Fluency with JavaScript and Node.js * Experience with Python and Flask * Experience in healthcare * Prior work at a startup **What You Get:** * Improve the way care is delivered for thousands of patients by shaping how healthcare organizations approach patient outreach and engagement * Work at a high-growth, venture-backed health tech company * Build and scale Memora alongside a world-class team * Competitive salary and equity compensation * Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a 401(k) plan * Fully paid parental leave * Unlimited PTO and 10 paid company holidays * Remote-friendly workforce with bi-annual retreats * A dedicated external advisor who is an industry leader in your functional area **About Memora Health:** Memora Health helps healthcare organizations digitize and automate care journeys, making complex care delivery simple for patients and clinicians to navigate.
