Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices 12. Handle end - to - end recruitment process for the roles. **Expectation:** 2. 0-30 days: Understand the company's mission and growth plan and align the sourcing accordingly. Start working on 2 roles and understand the interview process. 4. 30-90 days: Learn and develop better screening skills for good round1 to offer conversion ratio. 6. 90 days+: Manage the open roles independently and close the positions. **What we offer:** 2.
