SUMMARY OF POSITION The Showroom Manager is responsible for delivering sales results by maximizing showroom and territory effectiveness. This role provides the leadership to develop, plan and execute sales strategy. Position is responsible for building momentum through a high level of commitment and energy. CORE COMPETENCIES Industry Knowledge – Experienced Interior Design Industry Professional. Solid knowledge of products, brands, trends, target audience and industry standards. Sales Leadership – Experienced sales professional with proven ability to develop sales channels and build client relationships. Team Leadership – Provide direction, align people with organizational strategy and influence the success of the team. Resource/Organization – Position is responsible for overall showroom operations, budgets, merchandising, standards, processes and company programs. QUALIFICATIONS • 3 plus years - Sales Experience • 3 plus years - Interior design industry or relevant experience • 3 plus years - Management experience • Education and/or career training in Business Management, Sales and Interior Design.
