We are growing fast and solving important problems for engineering teams around the world as we accelerate the pace of engineering innovation. We are looking for a skilled Product Marketing Manager who can work with our go to market teams to clarify positioning and messaging, as we scale from Series A through to successful exit/ IPO. You are a strategic marketer first - customer obsessed and insights driven. You have built relationships with existing customers, prospective customers, and churned customers to drive the voice of the customer into your organization. You also know that good product marketing doesn’t end with the messaging document. In fact, that’s just the beginning. You are adept at influencing other teams (sales, product management, content marketing, digital marketing, and executives) to align on the same messaging and positioning. You are willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved with any go to market activity necessary to drive results. Responsibilities: Drive customer insight into the organization by proactively building relationships with existing and potential customers. Conduct structured customer interviews and use customer insights to build positioning and messaging frameworks. Collaborate closely with the marketing team (content + digital) to create and execute a content plan that educates prospects and creates demand. Work with the sales development team to test and scale outbound messaging strategies. Identify unmet customer needs and help the product management team prioritize the roadmap. Work with the sales team to address bottlenecks in our sales process. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in a product marketing or product management role, focused on B2B technology. Experience with customer research and proficiency in using data and insights to inform product and GTM strategy. Strong track record favorably impacting customer and pipeline outcomes via strong positioning and messaging, campaign planning and execution, and overall thought leadership. A combination of strategic product marketing experience and hands-on tactical execution. Ability to effectively engage with and influence internal and external stakeholders. Experience working with customers in industrial equipment manufacturing or automotive a plus. A well developed equity lens: you don’t just accept equitable practices, you model and advocate for them on your teams and in your work. Extra Details: This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive compensation package that includes an executive stock options package. This role offers an extended health and benefits package that includes unlimited paid vacation and RRSP matching. Our main office location is in St. John’s, NL where we offer hybrid and remote opportunities. This role has the flexibility to work from anywhere within North America.
