In this role, you’ll play a critical part in shaping the future so that it’s not only fully connected, but also usable by everyone. What you’ll do: --------------- * Present Kraftful to prospects, identify and overcome objections * Work closely with CEO and CoS to grow and train a sales org * Develop and propel a sales pipeline * Identify and qualify leads through creative research methods * Connect with leads via LinkedIn, cold emails, and cold calls * Manage multiple deals simultaneously * Work and iterate a sales playbook * Achieve quarterly quota * Understand and tailor presentations to various profiles of customers * Use data to forecast, plan, and provide visibility to performance. * Learn about customer needs and articulate how Kraftful’s product can help * Document interactions with leads in a CRM * Manage leads and follow-ups * Always be closing :) What you’ll need: ----------------- * 2+ years in an Account Executive role (or equivalent), ideally in SaaS * BA/BS degree * Excellent interpersonal skills - a great writer, speaker, and listener * Fearlessness - willing to hop on a call with new people every day and explain Kraftful’s value proposition * Dedication to prospect happiness - set the stage for effective sales follow-up * A quiet and professional space for conducting video calls * Flexibility - we’re in constant iteration mode * Curiosity to become an expert in the connected product space * Mastery of LinkedIn and email communication
