The team is responsible monitoring, maintains, upgrades and improves the systems we support. Leading a global team of technologist you will be set the example of excellence. As the lead you will set the pace and make a difference in our world class organization.This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including: * BS/BA degree or equivalent experience * Expertise in service, functional area or Infrastructure supported and interdependencies * Technological, Organizational and/or Operational Change Management * Advanced knowledge of risk and controls landscape, ensuring company-wide standards are met * Ability to set and drive the business' strategic direction to deliver technology that meets internal and external needs * The ability to work in a fast-moving and ever-changing agile environment * Understanding of Scripting including Python, Bash or Pearl * Familiarly with SDLC * Experience working alongside engineering and design teams * Exceptional people skills and leadership. * A high degree of attention to detail * A deep understanding of technical subjects and the internet * Define the product, learn from customer usage, iterate and improve * Work alongside an engineering team to execute on the product vision * Work directly with end-users to capture feedback and improve our products * Organize and triage features and issues * Understanding of log reporting tools such as SPLUNK, GRAFANA, SQL * You have an understanding of how DNS , DHCP, NTPWhen you work at JPMorgan Chase & Co., you're not just working at a global financial institution.
