SRE Support Specialist for Middle Office ServicesThis SRE role is in Securities Services Technology group within JP Morgan. You will be joining a larger Investor Middle Office Services (IMOS) team, that focuses on providing an end to end middle office function to clients. IMOS stack includes ~ 50 applications that come together to provide a service, that covers instruction capture, settlement, asset record , asset servicing, RAAS, regulator reporting, and IBOR/ABOR generation. In this role you will be a member of IMOS tech support team, with a primary responsibility to ensure this complex distributed stack is healthy at all times. From understanding a business function, a technical solution build to meet that function, the tech stack that hosts those solutions, the capacity headroom of the e2e stack, the AI involved in predicting when capability limitations can be hit, joining back to business functions we started from that can be impacted - is all key part of this role. You will be joining a global team that will function 247/365 - with a worldwide client & tech footprint.
