DESCRIPTION:Duties: Define, design, develop, test, deploy, and support microservices that comprise mission-critical enterprise applications. Automate development, testing, and deployment processes. Work on defining the user interface layout of the applications for visual appeal. Optimize the user interface to support multiple iOS and Android devices. Support the analytics and ADA testing for the user interface. Contribute to the technical direction for projects. Participate and lead in knowledge share initiatives.QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years of experience as an Application/Software Developer, I.T. Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related role. The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree and three (3) years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience.Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following skills: utilizing Microservices Architecture, as well as Java platforms and technologies, to develop and implement mission-critical enterprise applications; core Spring Framework; Spring Boot; software configuration management (SCM) tools including Git and Subversion; performing continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) supported by automation server Jenkins; designing and building reactive systems; REST architectural style, RESTful APIs, and RESTful Web Services; Generics; Lambda Expressions; Streams such as filter, map, and Java 8; test automation with Cucumber; event streaming; Cloud Foundry; and log management with Splunk or ELK.Chase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
