How you'll be making an impact * Deeply understand Dost's users, product model, impact framework, and systems * Build an empathetic, delightful, and impactful user experience through honing in on the right problems to work on * Own product outcomes by following a structured approach to hypothesis building, running rapid experiments, and making decisions with the help of quantitative and qualitative data * Engage with the rest of the team to ensure smooth functioning of the existing product and also to execute and launch new experiments, features, and products * Document and communicate the approach and the learnings in a simple and consistent manner so the team's combined understanding of the user and Dost's approach improves over time * Be the voice of the user in providing inputs to the strategic vision and product priorities with the team You'll be a great fit if you: * Have a strong passion for creating a positive impact on society * Are scrappy, effective, and iterative in your approach with a demonstrated ability to rapidly run and test conclusive product experiments. You approach questions with scientific rigour, but can execute pragmatically -- the simplest solution may be the best. * Have experience in using a combination of quantitative data analysis and talking to users to answer the right questions * Are a strong written and verbal communicator -- explaining complex concepts simply is exciting for you. Have the ability to synthesize & communicate your insights in simple actionable ways to the entire team * Are comfortable and effective at juggling multiple projects across teams simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment * Thrive on a high level of autonomy and responsibility. Ability to self-organize and effectively manage your work is important * Are curious and constantly keep asking questions, especially the 'stupid' ones * Bonus points if you have experience with consumer tech products and working with tech teams.
