This puts you as close as possible to your stakeholders (your analytics consumers), allowing you to have maximum impact and influence. At the same time, you are also part of a matrix team: the DACH Data Chapter. The Chapter facilitates continuous cooperation and exchange between the analysts, providing a great accelerator for your development and your impact. Join our transformational journey and see what the future of data looks like. **Your area of responsibility** * You define and map HR KPIs, analysis, KPI Dashboards, benchmarks to advise our Stakeholders in strategic decisions * You develop and automate data and analytics solutions that provide insights and a clear path for taking action * You are the first point of contact in all matters regarding HR metrics as well as advising and supporting HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisitions Team, the HR Operations team members and further stakeholders in analytical business requirements * You regularly prepare reportings (workforce planning, Head Count, FTE & Labor Cost forecasts, Churn rates, Hiring cycle times etc) * You generate ad-hoc analyses to answer critical and time-sensitive business questions, identifying areas of strategy opportunities * You ensure data quality within the HR Operation team with regular quality check in all HR related systems * You create concepts and take care of further development of existing HR processes and evaluate further topics related to HR Analytics, e.g. data quality management, implementation of new HR dashboards and reportings * You work very closely with stakeholders of all levels (from juniors to MDs), critically think along, and involve them in predefined key milestones to ensure you deliver the most valuable analytics in the most efficient way * You actively contribute with agenda-setting and driving initiatives to the Data Chapter team **Your profile** * You graduated with a degree in STEM-related or psychology-related fields * You gained 2+ years of strong experience in implementing, managing and integrating data analytics and visualization tools and programmes for HR, preferably greenhouse, workday * You have excellent SQL and advanced knowledge of programming languages like Python or R * You have an advanced understanding of statistics, using statistical concepts in testing, forecasting and modeling * You have an advanced knowledge of Data Visualisation tools like Tableau * You have experience in managing a Data Product, i.e. Dashboard, Tool or Model * You hold experience telling stories with data to both technical and non-technical audiences * You have excellent project management skills, including a history of successful business transformation projects * You possess over a basic understanding of modern tech stack in the data world, including Cloud Data Infrastructures such as in AWS, GCP, Azure * You convince with professionalism and conscientiousness * You are a doer with a hands-on mentality and a zest for action * You are fluent in English, German is a plus **What we offer you** * **Modern and comfortable working space** with great co-workers in Berlin-Kreuzberg * **Discount** for HelloFresh boxes and HelloFreshGo products * **Development possibilities** along with internal trainings and a yearly Learning & Development budget * **Flexible working hours** including Work From Home/Work from Abroad/Sabbatical Policy, as well as a home office set up budget * **Extensive Onboarding** and Buddy Program * **Social events** including team events, Friday beers, company runs, book club, etc. * **Discounted fitness offers** with our Urban Sports Club and John Reed partners, as well as in house gym and yoga classes * **Well-being initiatives** in cooperation with Headspace and Fürstenberg Institut * **Childcare** and **company pension scheme** benefit * **Monthly transportation budget** via RYDES **Are you up for a new challenge?** Apply now with your complete application documents, also without a photo and without stating specific personal characteristics such as nationality or gender if you choose to do so.
