Develop strategy for different product verticals along with the KPIs. Collaborate and develop a 3-6 month long product roadmap which is backed by qualitative and quantitative research. 4. Provide product requirements to the engineering team in terms of features and user stories. Focus on requirements from a why and what perspective, allowing design and engineering teams the flexibility to decide on how to implement 6. You will be spending a lot of time interacting with customers and other stakeholders. You need to have empathy towards customers and ability to communicate with them 8. Build consensus across stakeholders – Customer/Customer Success, GTM, development clearly articulating the product decisions and choices 10. Executing with speed would be important. In a high growth startup we need someone who can get things done at a fast pace. 12. Must have 2-3 years experience as a Product Manager for B2B (SaaS preferred) with ownership from concept to launch 6. Experience addressing concerns around product adoption 8. Comfortable conducting customer interviews remotely and in person and deep empathy with customer workflows & pain points 10. Working knowledge of lean methodology, agile & iterative development 12. Ability to take pressure coming from multiple stakeholders. Experience driving solutions by working with developers, QA, along with other internal & external stakeholder
