Reporting to the VP of Product, you will play a significant role in making product management and development a scalable resource, help build out tools, and introduce and maintain highest operational standards. 🔧 **What will I be doing?** **Insights: Product Expert / Go-to Person** * Be the expert to communicate internally what we’re building, what we’ve built, and how we’re doing; think everything from roadmaps and release notes * Gather, maintain and present data insights from customers, product analytics and other inputs to support product managers with their plans to execute on the strategy * Prepare regular product-related meetings, e.g. quarterly feature review meetings, feature request collection etc.) * Document any new processes, update product information that is relevant to keep teams aligned and informed **Process: "Your Product is the Process"** * Advocate for best practices in tools and administration * Build out, introduce processes and tools for Product Management activities (e.g. roadmap creation, feature prioritization, and backlog management) * Manage our product launch readiness process, ensuring all teams are ready to support users and prospects as the product evolves * Optimize how our product team operates by supporting the product team through process improvements. * Work closely with PDE (product, development, engineering) to help define how we align across practices, and create a plan to scale * Partner with marketing, GTM, and support on internal release enablement and customer escalations 💡 **What skills do I need?** * 2+ years of product/program management or operations in a B2B SaaS company * Experience in rolling out building effective systems for product delivery (e.g data tools, product management tools) * Experience successfully leading complex, cross-functional projects with Product, Design and Engineering teams * Experience in change management principles and methodology * Excitement and understanding for ambiguity to drive the clarity needed to move forward * Passion for documenting "everything" * Experience in data-driven and analytical experience * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Attention to detail, a solid understand of urgency 🏆 **Perks** * Fully Remote - Work from anywhere in the US and Canada * Unlimited PTO * Equity with annual refreshes * Full healthcare coverage * Stipend for remote work setup * Annual stipend for professional development * 401K * Half Day Fridays every other week * Quarterly Self Care Day & more **- This role can be based anywhere in the US or Canada** **- At this time, WorkRamp does not sponsor work visas** #LI-Remote
