### Job description The Associate Creative Director is responsible for creative ideation, execution and production of digital experiences, including websites, social campaigns and all tactical assets in a project or account. This role is also responsible for creating branding and design systems. Qualified candidates have recent experience leading creative work for a Fortune 100 account. This leadership role is integral to a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary team and is client-facing for a major global brand. Communication and presentation skills are imperative. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Art direction and execution of illustrations, photo shoots and video shoots with both externally and in-house productions • Create (and review others in creating) original content across a variety of media that adheres to client’s brand • Facilitate internal and client-facing presentations • Engage with CMS systems and workflow tools JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education: BFA in Graphic Design or related degree Experience: 7-10 years in a design related field; agency experience preferred Skills: • Deep understanding of the emotional and tactical needs for target audiences, channels and platforms • Impeccable eye for design and strong visual skills to bring concepts to life (web design experience a plus) • Comfortable working with layout, typography, color, hierarchy and digital design systems • Experienced in branding systems with an understanding of how to execute and grow a brand’s visual palette • Understands interactive design and user journeys • Experience working with User Experience teams converting lo-fidelity concepts and prototypes into full color designs • Strong eye for resourcing photography and retouching • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, (Adobe XD, Sketch and After Effects or Premier Pro are a plus) Interpersonal Skills: • Strong leadership skills • Collaborative and communicative with the ability to work with people from various disciplines • Strong written and verbal communications • Always excited to contribute to brainstorms and ideation • Ability to work both independently and with a team • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision • Ability to self-manage time and meet expected deadlines; ability to complete work on time and within the hours allocated
