Thanks for your interest in joining our team! ### **How We’re Different** * We’re a lean team so all your work will have a direct and measurable impact on the business * You’ll work directly with the founders and have a voice in sales and product strategy ### **What Your Day Would Look Like** * Own a sales strategy and process that results in landing new clients * Effectively use Blue Onion Labs’ tools and resources to support your process * Generate new business opportunities by finding and qualifying leads through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, re-engaging existing contacts, research, and inbound leads from the website * Manage and track your pipeline using our CRM tools (Salesforce, Apollo, Notion) * Help develop and implement strategic sales plans and stay current with client needs, competition, and industry trends ### **What We're Looking For** * You’re a sales pro with demonstrated experience closing deals efficiently, and consistently meeting and exceeding goals * You work with prospects not simply to buy Blue Onion Labs offerings, but to build long-term partnerships that enhance the growth of the overall business * You are a self-starter, well organized, creative, results-oriented, quality minded and a team-first player * Bachelor's degree and/or 2-4 years experience in a quota carrying sales role * Successful track record of quota attainment * Experience cold calling, demoing, pitching, negotiating, and closing * Excellent presentation and writing skills * Owner of your work, constantly looking to learn and have a “get it done” attitude * Great relationship builder and networker (it’s sales, you have to like talking to people) ### **Helpful Skills & Experience** * Previous experience in ecommerce or SaaS * Passion for documenting and contributing new ideas and feedback from market to product * Experience working cross-functionally in a start-up environment
