SNOO was built with a team of MIT engineers and celebrated designers. It is the most awarded baby product in history and has been exhibited in six of the world's top museums (e.g., Smithsonian, SF MOMA, London Design Museum). Primary responsibilities Organic Social Support growth objectives by maintaining a high level of community engagement across all social platforms that results in increased brand advocacy and awareness – Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube Develop and own the social media content calendar, including organizing monthly meetings to review plans and soliciting input on future opportunities from content, PR and marketing team. Recommend post frequency on each social channel and execute daily organic posts across all social channels Execute giveaways each month with or without other brand partners Identify ways to promote all products, in addition to SNOO Maintain brand voice that resonates across all channels. Voice should be authentic, caring, empathic, witty without being biting, millennial. Stay up-to-date with technology, tools, social trends and marketing strategies. Learn new social media channels best practices and how to engage and build a community organically. Social Listening Perform regular audits of the brand’s social presence. Monitor competitors’ presence and activity on relevant social channels. Listen to networks, blogs and forums for brand mentions and keywords and identify ways we can continue to add value with these communities Keep track of trending stories that might be related to our company’s interests Influencers & Affiliates Support growth objectives by building relationships with Influencers, negotiating activities in exchange for product or payment, monitoring and tracking actions taken Identify opportunities to continue to leverage influencer relationships after completion of SNOO use. Continue to test and learn strategies to maximize value of partnerships with influencers. Identify opportunities to grow affiliate network and leverage synergies with influencers. Recommend opportunities to promote awareness of HBI blogs, Happiest Toddler, and other HBI products among influencers and affiliates. Reporting Develop and own reporting and analysis of all organic social channels and influencers. Establish KPI targets for 2021 across all social channels and influencers. Report on weekly metrics Prepare formal monthly, quarterly and annual reviews of analytics and insights for all social media platforms with actionable suggestions growth, engagement, new followers, and top creative. Report on competitor and other baby brands social activity Run experiments to optimize social media posts Paid Social: Participate in agency performance meetings Aid in execution of ad creative planning and launch. Recommend opportunities to apply learning from paid to organic and vice versa.
