We believe that great customer support is the key to success and we provide a multitude of channels for our users to share what’s on their mind. Whether they reach out via chat or email, engage with us on the community site, or leave a comment on social media, we make sure that our users feel heard and are encouraged to ask for help whenever they need. We’re now looking for a like-minded customer success representative to join our customer success team and help us with our English speaking customer support. **Here's what you will do:** * You are the first contact person for our English speaking customers and are therefore responsible for a successful customer relationship with our live lesson and app users * You are responsible for responding to requests via Intercom (our CRM tool), email and other platforms * You will respond to our large community of followers on social media * You will reply to App Store reviews * You will help us create and update our Chatterbug help sections and similar documents * You will identify, prioritise and coordinate our user requests and delegate them to the right people within the team * You will collect technical bugs and new feature requests from our customers * You will connect and collaborate with different teams (Engineering, Design and Marketing) to help us prioritise new user requests * You will help us to create branded gifts for our top users and new subscribers **Your benefits** * A competitively paid part-time job with real responsibility and creative leeway * We’ll pay for you to learn a language - either with us or take a class, on us.
