We continue to grow at 25% MoM.Boasting a world-class talent marketplace, cutting edge content creation AI & pure smart product building, we have an opportunity to build a product every marketing org on the planet needs: an all-in-one platform for great content marketing. **Requirements** * Project coordination and client-facing experience * Well-organized, efficient, empathetic, and analytical * Willing to work North American, Eastern Timezone Hours * Big plus if you have: + Knowledge of (content) marketing or content writing + Proficiency in tools such as Intercom, Hubspot, and Zapier + Project management certifications such as PMP ### ### Responsibilities * **You'll collaborate cross-functionally within the Customer Experience team:** + Work with our Customer Success Managers to provide updates related to clients' jobs, improvements, feedback, and resolve questions + Work with our Editorial team to provide updates related to writers, performance, and flag issues and opportunities as needed + Work with our Product team to optimize our marketplace and flag any issues and opportunities + Coordinating project schedules, resources, and information + Identify, analyze, and flag issues and opportunities to relevant teams at Contentfly + Identify and analyze trends, patterns, threats, and opportunities + Take part in different cross-functional initiatives to optimize our workflows, operations, and project coordination * **You'll handle the day-to-day operations of our marketplace, including:** + Working with the Editorial and Customer Success teams to review and optimize customer briefs + Managing content projects and ensuring content reaches our clients in time + Communicating with writers and providing support for timely delivery + Facilitating writer - Customer Success Manager communication, and directly communicating with clients if needed + Managing our content queue and assigning appropriate writers + Managing risks and changes + Take ownership of our marketplace's processes and employ critical and holistic thinking to optimize them **Benefits** * Above market salary + options * Unlimited vacation/PTO * Fully remote & distributed * Free laptop + home office budget * Physical + mental health budgets * We'll fly you around the world multiple times a year to hang out with the team in interesting places At Contentfly, we celebrate unique perspectives and non traditional backgrounds.
