Cash in, cash out is the lifeblood of any company, and our ML-driven tools help customers collaborate, automate, and anticipate more effectively in their businesses. **Our Accounts Receivable Automation platform is a leader in the market. We were named to the Top 50 Accounting & Finance Tools by G2 for 2022, and we were selected for the Intelligent Applications Top 40 by leading VCs and Goldman Sachs. Our customers are proud to say they partner with Tesorio.** We’re growing quickly and our customers are among the world’s best companies, like Bank of America, Slack, Twilio, Box, and Ripple. **We are well funded and backed by top investors including Madrona, First Round Capital, Y Combinator, and Floodgate. We’re also backed by tenured finance execs, including the former CFOs of Oracle and NetSuite.** Our team is passionate about building game-changing tools for our customers, delivering beautifully designed products that solve the most important problems. At Tesorio, you’ll join the product team at the ground floor and help shape our product culture across the company. You’ll work on a category-defining product from a very early stage, so your impact will be significant. **What's the opportunity?** We’re looking for a product manager with strong technical skills to own the integration strategy at Tesorio. Integrations play a key role in our growth, and we’re looking for someone who has managed complex enterprise integrations in the past. So far, our team has built native [integrations](https://www.tesorio.com/integrations) with leading ERPs, CRMs, and billing systems, and our Tesorio Connect integration allows customers to connect with any data source. As our Integrations Product Manager, you will own the roadmap and execution of our Integrations strategy, ensuring that regardless of their financial data sources, customers can connect their data to Tesorio with ease. **Are you our next Product Manager?** * You’re a big-picture thinker that has the ability to define and work towards a large strategic vision while sweating the technical details. * You love spending time with users and with data to uncover opportunities, prioritize concepts, and validate solutions. * You are a low-ego collaborator who can quickly build consensus with leaders from across the organization. * You have experience thriving in a fast-moving agile environment, have a bias for action, and are always iterating. * You have a track record of leading integrations projects, and love the challenge of finding elegant, easy to implement solutions for complex use cases. * You’re an excellent communicator who thinks strategically about how to best position tasks and prioritize based on what both our team, and our partners, are trying to accomplish. **What will I be doing?** * Become our internal expert on the ERPs, billing systems, and other integrations that power the Tesorio product. Understand and articulate how and why integrations work the way they do, and know the ins and outs of the data flow between integrated systems and Tesorio. * Lead integration strategy, document requirements, and prioritize the development against the Integration roadmap, with an extreme focus on maintaining scalability, supportability, and reliability across our integrations. Quality and consistency are imperative. * Work with customers to understand their needs and challenges, and develop solutions that ‘just work’ without manual intervention or extensive configuration and training. * Lead a scrum team through iterative cycles of build and ship, and test and learn. Write epics and user stories, ensuring that teams understand the scope and business drivers of their work. * Work cross-functionally with the product team, sales, marketing, and customer success throughout the entire product lifecycle from requirements gathering to rollout to ensure deployments are successful, timelines are met, and stakeholders are educated on new functionality. * Define success and use qualitative and quantitative data to make informed product decisions and drive prioritization. **What skills do I need?** * 2-3 years of experience with accounting systems or ERPs in roles such as product management, QA, implementation, or service. * Experience and domain knowledge in finance, particularly with Accounts Receivable. * An ability to work independently to drive progress, knowing when buy-in is needed. * A love for understanding problems and finding solutions that scale. * An ability to build simple and elegant products - in a market that requires the ability to design systems that help users manage complexity. * Ability to translate concepts into detailed specifications, communications, and training materials. * Strong organizational skills and an ability to make tradeoffs to balance timelines, scope, and competing priorities. * Effective communicator - both internally and externally. You’ll be working closely with customers, and the entire Tesorio team. **Where will I be working?** We have a diverse, 100% distributed workforce in 7 countries. We don’t believe that people need to sacrifice being close to their families and where they’d prefer to live in order to do their best work.
