Our Senior Sales Associate is the gate-keeper for the entire rest of the client journey - they make sure we connect with awesome clients and set the Operations team up for success. Our Senior Sales Associate is an invaluable member of our team and we are so glad we found each other! JOB DESCRIPTION: The Senior Sales Associate is the primary client-facing sales person engaging with our virtual and in-person clients. You respond to inbound inquiries as well as manage and nurture our client database and drive outreach to our qualified contacts. You connect virtually with clients via video meetings and email to help them navigate our event options, choose the best fit for their need, and get them booked into our schedule and handed off to Operations for next-steps. Much of your day-to-day consists of client-facing tasks. On the backend you will also be involved in sales tracking and analytics, reporting on trends to help inform Marketing and Product teams, and suggesting improvements and experiments for the Sales Process. You report to the Director of Sales, who supports you in your role with additional resources and sales process accountability, VIP client assistance, and liaising with other departments. SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES: 3-5 years experience in B2B Sales role Familiarity with industry targets (software, biotech, law, insurance, other corporate) Quick learner / Adaptable / Flexible Impeccable written communication skills, flare for language CRM, pipeline, sales software experience Independent time management Process/strategy-driven Detail-oriented Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing company Interested in advancement opportunities Creative problem-solving mindset Capacity for quantitative and qualitative analysis COMPENSATION & HOURS: Full-Time Salaried Position Base Salary plus Bonus Opportunities This job is remote/work-from-home.
