As Head of Engineering, you will drive the development and maintenance of Aurigamiās products, from the smart contract level to the frontend level. Currently, we have 3 sub-teams in the engineering team: * Smart contract team * Infrastructure team, who is responsible for the SDK, the liquidation bots, and the monitoring system * Frontend team Key responsibilities -------------------- * Work closely with the product team to design and execute our roadmap * Come up with the specifications for how our features/systems should work * Hire and manage a world-class Web3 engineering team * Actively assess potential risks that could disrupt or harm our protocol/systems * Liaise with external parties regarding tech-related matters Requirements ------------ * Extensive experience with DeFi * Strong technical experience, preferably for smart contracts or blockchain infrastructure * Experience leading a tech team * Solid understanding of the mechanics of money markets, oracles, and liquidation bots Our Tech Stack -------------- * Solidity * Hardhat * Typescript * Vue 3 Benefits + Perks ---------------- * Competitive salary and bonuses * Flexible hours and a supportive remote environment * Unlimited vacation: Take time when you need it
