Our software streamlines the inspection experience and creates the single most comprehensive data set of every single home. We operate in both the United States and Canada and partner with some of the most prominent and fastest growing real estate brokerages in the world. Inspectify is looking for a Marketing Engagement Specialist to join a growing marketing team. You’ll be responsible for managing and qualifying incoming leads at the top of the funnel, guiding them to the appropriate channels. You will collaborate with the customer service and business development teams to ensure customers' positive experiences and outcomes. **You Will:** * Act as a primary point of contact for customer issues, questions, concerns, and escalations * Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate solutions for customers through phone, live chat, e-mail, social media, and in-person events * Communicate quickly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders * Triage and call out urgent issues to drive them to resolution * Document and update customer records based on interactions * Evaluate where improvements can be made in content and communications strategies * Represent the brand and ensure delivery on commitments to customers **You Have:** * Impeccable written and verbal communication skills * A customer-first mentality that surprises and delights customers with outstanding service * The ability to develop a deep understanding of the user experience and the ability to resolve customer requests in thoughtful and creative ways * An eagerness to learn and grow as a highly motivated self-starter **We Are:** Professional.
