Our office is located in the Kulturbrauerei in Berlin but we are open to flexible, remote work solutions. **Goals of this position** Build at pace a marketing-driven growth strategy in order to significantly grow our GMV: * Grow our international GMV by generating inbound leads and self-onboarding publishers * Develop marketing growth strategies setting growth targets aligned with organisational priorities * Build international Steady brand * Leverage our deep relationships with key publishers to identify and develop strategies for vertical growth (Websites, Newsletter, Podcast, Social Media, Video) and key product development opportunities * Together with Sales build partnerships across Europe to promote Steady and to generate leads **Core tasks** * Test and establish new marketing messages, channels, positioning and opportunities in key target markets in UK, F, IT and ES, working closely with our Director of Sales and country specialists * Develop international brand strategy, working with our COO to establish KPIs to measure against * Coordinate and develop existing marketing strategies for revenue growth and brand building * Integrate brand awareness initiatives in ongoing outreach * Functional and disciplinary management of the marketing & comms team with strong focus on content marketing * Working closely with existing and potential creators and partners for cooperations, events and growth measures * Develop retention strategies for existing DACH market using publisher insights and feedback * Build strategic partnerships to develop and optimise ‘lighthouse’ creators and strengthen their connection to Steady, building projects that strengthen their business models * Understand and measure competitive threats in each market **About you: You have...** * Min. 7 years marketing experience, min. 3 years of management experience * Startup experience: we need a hands-on mentality and appreciation of working with smaller budgets * Experience with building measurable strategies that have successfully delivered international and vertical growth * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a plus * Experience with cms tools, landing page builders and marketing automation tools, SQL skills or experience with Metabase would be beneficial * A track record of building and leveraging commercial relationships * Ability and willingness to switch levels easily (e.g. from hands-on writing to strategic tasks) * Ability to drive things forward and get the job done while maintaining strong cross-team relationships * Ability to lead teams and projects at management level as well as being responsible for the detail * Desire to see publishers getting paid for excellent creative content **Our recruitment process** Steady is committed to equality, diversity and inclusion and is building a team accordingly.
