**What’s the role?**We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Sales Development Representative to lead our outbound sales prospecting. **Responsibilities** * generate leads by finding new potential sales outlets * pick up the phone, cold call/email, and write scripts for yourself and future hires * identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook * document the processes used to manage the sales cycle * create efficiencies and use tools to reduce the busy-work of outreach * work closely with product, leadership, and customers to provide insight into improving the product **You have** * around one year of experience as a SDR/BDR or similar * a track record in building and managing a pipeline of new business * the ability to research and ‘figure it out’ with little direction * strong relationship management chops * the ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs * strong communication skills via phone and email * a creative problem-solving mindset and strong analytical skills * the desire and ability to grow within a startup **Compensation**Base salary: $55k + Commission: $20k = OTE: $75kEquity: We have reserved a large chunk of equity for the right founding team members **Benefits**As a seed stage startup we do not have all of our benefits in place yet.
