We’re a fully remote startup with our team working from a city they love across North and South America. ### **About the Role** As Manager, Inbound Sales Development, you will be an integral part of the Sales leadership team and will report directly to the Head of Sales. This is a unique opportunity to help build a sales team with a well-funded organization. You will lead and grow a team of Sales Development Representatives to expand the adoption of Routable across our verticals. You will join a highly motivated, energetic sales team that takes pride in establishing new customer relationships and delivering the Routable message to a wide range of customers across various industries. ### **Responsibilities:** * Motivate, mentor, manage and scale our Inbound Sales Development team * Develop a healthy and inclusive sales culture that attracts, develops, and retains great sales talent * Guide and coach Inbound Sales Development Representatives to perform timely follow up on all MQLs and inbound inquiries to qualify prospects and drive pipeline for the sales team * Collaborate with Marketing to drive new business through demand generation and improve the quality/quantity of our sales pipeline * Work in collaboration with Marketing and Sales Leadership to develop effective sequences for marketing driven campaigns * Provide on-boarding, continuous coaching, and professional development for each team member * Develop talk tracks and playbooks for the Sales Development team. * Track and improve our speed to lead, conversion rates and opportunity pipeline metrics. You will regularly report on individual and team performance. ### **Minimum Qualifications** * 1+ years of sales management experience is preferred, ideally leading and building a sales development team. * 3+ years of Sales Development experience (outbound/inbound) and Account Executive experience closing new business. * Hands-on and motivated to help mentor and coach team members * Track record of of driving pipeline creation through inbound channels ### **Location** You must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
