Fraugster is backed by top tier investors and is currently managing billions of Euros for our clients. **Job Description:** As our Risk Analytics Manager (f/m/x) you will lead a team of analysts tasked with combating financial cyber-crime utilizing state-of-the-art proprietary tools. Your responsibilities will touch the core activities of the company – enabling sales, streamlining onboarding of new clients and most of all optimizing our engine to make the most accurate decisions in real time. Your daily activities will consist of two main themes: (1) investigating fraud and developing automated solutions to prevent it with speed and accuracy, and (2) structuring and automating the numerous operational processes the team is involved in while effectively communicating with other stakeholders across the organization. We’re looking for a team leader with significant business acumen, critical thinking, and the ability to juggle numerous priorities. Sound like you? Come and join us! **Skills & Requirements:** * Several years of experience in leading teams * Experience in research and data manipulation * Experience with fraud risk and the payments world is a big plus * Experience in product management is a big plus * Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree in relevant fields is preferred.
