Role: Application Production SupportResponsibilities: • Collaborate and coordinate with product users or business analysists and other team members in an Agile environment to understand and analyze the production issues.• Should have good communication skill.• Manage and own release management and should be able to manage incident management.• Building reusable code and libraries for maintainable and extensible applications .• Participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to predefined architectural specifications.• Support production environment for stability when required by troubleshooting application code-related issues.• Work independently or partner with local and global teams.Key Requirements: • Strong experience with full software development life cycle including analysis, design, testing, implementation and support for the project• Hands-on experience on core Java, Spring Boot, REST services and microservices development.• Strong experience in SQL for Oracle, Sql Server, Maria DB and experience for SQL performance turning is a plus.• Good understanding of Jenkins CI/CD, Maven/Gradle, Apache Jmeter.• Strong understanding of request-response model, using developer tools for debugging.• Experience with Cloud Foundry, Kibana and Dynatrace tools• Experience with various source control tools like GitHub/Bitbucket.• Experience in Agile development lifecycle methodology.• Knowledge of software design pattern ie; Object Oriented Design Patterns .• Experience on code reviews, code refactoring and other best practices.• Understanding of React, node.js & other UI frameworks are a plus.• Knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, Splunk are a plus.Soft Skills:• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with local and global teams.• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, able to think critically and creatively to develop innovative solutions to problems. • Able to focus on client delivery and also the quality of the application.• Proactive and self-motivated and able to drive things independently. • Good Team Spirit and a good team player. * • Able to work under pressure and overtime when needed.JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
