Come join us on our adventure to reimagine clinical trials. ### What You’ll Do As a Digital Designer at Vial, you’ll help shape Vial's brand look and feel and apply it across all brand touchpoints to drive holistic experiences for our users. Your responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with teams across design, sales to create print design, packaging, event design, internal communication, presentation decks, and more. * Creating, managing, and producing digital design solutions for a variety of uses: social media graphics, email templates. * Ensuring consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touch points. * Improving Vial's brand guidelines. * You’ll report to our Head of Design and work directly with our Sales and BizOps teams. ### What You’ll Need * A portfolio of your work * Minimum 3+ years in-house or agency experience in relevant field * Be highly proficient in Figma * Strong understanding of visual design fundamentals regarding typography layout, ad/post layout, color theory, etc. * Great project management skills with the ability to switch gears quickly and meet deadlines ### Why You’ll Love Working At Vial We are innately curious.
